Short-term Effect of Low Concentration Mixed Heavy Metal Contamination on the CAT Activity of Hb in Carassius auratus
摘要
Abstract
To study the influence of low concentration mixed heavy metal contamination in a short time on the CAT activity of Hb in Carassius auratus, the fishes were laboratory cultured in the leaching solution of coal gangue from October 2010 to January 2011. The results showed that the average activity of CAT in the experimental group (0. 71±0. 27 U/mg) was significantly lower than that of the control group (1. 20±0. 50 U/mg). This indicated that the CAT activity in Hb can be inhibited by the short-term effect of low concentration mixed heavy metal contamination.关键词
