水稻籽粒硒含量的基因型差异及其与产量性状的相关性分析
GENOTYPIC VARIATION OF SEED SELENIUM CONTENT AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH YIELD TRAITS IN RICE（Oryza sativa L.）

Abstract
Identification of the variety with high absolute content of Selenium（Se） and scanning of the related traits to Se content are the economic and effective way to Se biofortification breeding in rice.The genotypic differences in seed Se content and the correlation to yield traits were analyzed using 33 varieties at two field trials.There was significant correlation between locations of Longyou and Qujiang with Se content of seed,in which the Se content of rice hull and brown rice at Longyou were 1.22 and 1.16 times than that of Qujiang,respectively.There was significant difference between Indica type and Japonica type rice in Se content of rice hull,but no significance difference in Se content of brown rice.The Japonicavariety Xiushui 09 showed higher seed Se content in two trials,and which could be used to biofortification breeding in rice as a high Se content variety or intermediate material.Correlation analysis showed that the Se content of rice hull was negatively significant correlation to panicle length,the number of panicle and grain yield,and the latter two were also negatively significant correlation to Se content of brown rice,respectively.While the Se content of brown rice was positively significant correlation to 1000-grain weight,which could be as a yield trait index for screening variety with high content Se.关键词
