不同基因型大麦对钾的吸收、积累及分配特性
CHARACTERISTICS OF K ABSORPTION,ACCUMULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DIFFERENT BARLEY GENOTYPES

Abstract
In this study,a pot experiment with different levels of potassium(K) was conducted to reveal the differences in K absorption,accumulation and distribution between K-efficient barley genotype(Sandrime) and K-inefficient genotype(AC Westech).Results showed that,during the whole growth period,K-efficient barley genotype has the higher plant height and biomass,but lower root-shoot ratio than K-inefficient barley genotype,and the K-deficiency symptom of(AC Westech) was more serious than Sandrime.The content of K in different organs of these two genotypes increased with the increasing dosage of K and declined gradually with the pushed growth stage,however,K-inefficient genotype has a higher K content as compared to K-efficient genotype.K accumulation in different organs of two genotypes increased with increasing application of K and growth.During different growth periods,there were no significant changes in the proportional distribution of K in barley root,but gradually increased in barley stem and decreased in barley leaf.关键词
