摘要

Abstract

DNA damage detection can detect DNA damage caused by the pesticide and irradiation.With the increasing demands of DNA damage detection,the development of a rapid,high throughput and straight forward DNA damage detecting technique has critical biological significance for Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis(SCGE) is a straight and accurate way to detect the DNA damage.In recent years,the throughput and accuracy of the detection SCGE method have been improved significantly by applying new materials and new technologies.This paper reviewed the most recently reported SCGE based DNA damage detection technique-microwell array method and conventional SCGE method,and the prospect were also discussed.
