摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on CRP and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomized to 2 groups, 45 patients in treatment group were treated with the integrated Chinese and Western medicine and 35 patients in control group with western medicine. CRP, FIB were evaluated before and after treatments. Results The differences of CRP and FIB volumes before treatment were not significant (P＞0.05); CRP and FIB volume after treatments were both decreased in two groups(P＜0.01); compared with control group, CRP and FIB in treatment group were significant decrease (P＜0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction is effective to reduce the levels of serum CRP and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
