老年性肺间质纤维化的临床治疗研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Thalidomide for pulmonary fibrosis among elderly.Methods Choose 80 elderly patients with pulmonary fibrosis from patients of our hospital from September,2009 to December,2010.80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group were given conventional treatment with prednisone,and observation group were given prednisone and thalidomide.Compare the effects of both groups.Results The efficacy,absorption rate of CT, of control group and observation group was 30.0% and 75.0%,40.0% and 87.5%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There is no difference of two groups in pulmonary function tests before treatment,while after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plumonary fibrosis is a major disease threatening the health of the elderly. Thalidomide is an effective drug for this disease.It is worth promoting.关键词
