瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达影响
Effects of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on apoptosis of cardiac myocytes and protein expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in rats with myocardial ischemica-reperfusion injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Cualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on apopto-sis of cardiac myocytes and protein expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in rats with myocardial is-chemica- reperfusion injury(IRI). Methods The myocardial ischemica-reperfusion injury model in rats were established by ligating left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery(ischemia 30 min, reperfusion 90 min), then the hearts were took out. Apoptosis of cardiac myocytes was determinated with deoxyuridine triphosphatebiotin nick end labeling(TUNEL), and the expressions levels of Bax and Bcl-2 proteins were assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with sham-operation group, both apoptosis rate and Bax positive rate were increased and Bel -2 positive rate decreased(P<0.01); the apoptosis of cardiac myocytes in Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction group was suppressed significantly by regulating Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions(P<0.01). Conclusion Cualou Xiebai Banxia decoction maybe inhibit effectivele the apoptosis of cardiac myocytes in rats with myocardial ischemica-reperfusion injury with the regulation of Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression levels.关键词
