血管内栓塞治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效观察
Effect Observation Endovasoembolotheropy of AN-SAH
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of endovasoembolotheropy in aneurysm-subarachnoid hemorrhage(AN-SAH).Methods Endvasocular spring collar embolotheropy is used to the 30 patients who had the desease of AN-SAH by CT diagnose.Results Among the 30 AN-SAH patients,22 patients were embolismed completely,7 patients embolismed by 90-95% degree,1 patients embolismed 80-90% degree,6 patients emerged cerebral angio spasm after operation,one occurrenced cerebral thrombosis,AN-disruption by one.The GOS was used to evaluate the curative effect,well of 25 patients, light disability of 3 patients,moderately disability of one,one died.After the operation visit, none had rehaemorrhagia.Conclusion Endvaso-embolotheropy is a minute-wound, safe, effective therapeutic method of intracranial aneurysm(ICA).关键词
