摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical effect on LEEP and collagen sponge in severe cervical erosion.Methods 80 patients of severe cervical erosion were chose in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was used LEEP and collagen sponge;the control group was used microwave treatment.All patients were checked on the vaginal fluid flow,vaginal bleeding and erosion of healing.Results The experimental group is less than the control group in operation time and peri-operative bleeding.The experimental group is significantly better than the control group in vaginal fluid flow time, cervical repair time and scab off time.The cure rate of experimental group was 95% and the cure rate of control group was 75%.Conclusion The effect of LEEP and collagen sponge is ideal and untoward effect of LEEP and collagen sponge are relatively mild.关键词
