吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective inhaled budesonide for the treatment of bronchial asthma clinical research, in order to provide the basis of clinical treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods The hospital selected in January 2008 January 2011 86 cases of bronchial asthma treatment were retrospectively analyzed two groups of 86 patients, 43 patients had conventional therapy only, the other 43 patients in the conventional treatment given on the basis of inhaled budesonide therapy on the clinical effects of two treatments and adverse reactions recorded, the data for statistical analysis. Results Clinical trials found that patients in both groups after treatment have improved the clinical symptoms observed group of the total efficiency of 93.02% in the control group, the total effective rate 69.77%, the clinical effects of the two groups significantly different (P＜0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion budesonide inhalation treatment of bronchial asthma clinical efficacy is very good, you can shorten the course, the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms, and no serious adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.关键词
