PASS system monitoring orders rational drug use level is discussed
摘要
Abstract
Objective TO pass to the doctor applied software rational drug use level of analysis and evaluation. Methods From year 2011 to February,march orders the PASS system monitoring and analysis,statistics,combined with clinical practice operation concluded.Results This survey were monitoring the problem of article 8436,the doctor's advice to total number of orders by 46.21%.One black warning lamp of article 217,accounting for 1.19% of the doctor's advice;problems Article 4947 the red light warning, accounting for 27.10% of the doctor's advice;problems Orange lamp article 3272,accounting for warning of 17.92%.The doctor's advice problem.Conclusion PASS system used in medicine the doctor's advice,can provide for clinical monitoring some warning information,and improve the level of the rational use of drugs,but need to professionals update maintenance on drug information,to ensure that PASS the effectiveness of the operation of the system.关键词
