乙肝后肝硬化症状学聚类研究
Clustering Research of Posthepatitic Cirrhosis Symptoms
摘要
Abstract
Summary: Purpose: Probe into the symptom combination rules and syndrome rules of posthepatitic cirrhosis. Method: Using the principles and methods of clinical epidemiology, 276 cases suffering posthepatitic cirrhosis were analyzed by system clustering method. Result: Using cluster analysis, seven common syndrome types were found: Dampness-heat syndrome, liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome, Syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency, syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness encumbrance, spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, qi or yang deficiency syndrome. Conclusion:"Clustering research" has certain significance in the study of symptom combination rules and syndrome rules.关键词
