摘要

Abstract

Aim: through high performance liquid chromatography, the paper has a quantitative analysis of chemical composition change with compatibility of pinellia ternate and monkshood. Methods: to analyze double-ester alkaloid content of single fried monkshood liquid and double fried pinellia; to analyze the influence of compatibility proportion on double-ester alkaloid content; to analyze alkaloid content of mesaconitine in liquid. Results: it shows that double-ester alkaloid content is more than single liquid, and that of crude monkshood and rhizome pinelliae preparata reduces and a long fry can bring about less content. Conclusion: with monkshood and pinellia being more poisonous, it comes to make clear the close relationship between their compatibility and decoction time, pinellia processing and solution PH value.
