RP-HPLC法测定健肾通络胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Jianshen tongluo Capsule. Mmthods:TO determine the content by HPLC with the UltimateTM XB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was methanol-water(45∶55).The detection wavelength was 246 nm. Resutst: The calibration curve of Psoralen was linear in the range of 0.03968-0.35712 μg, its average recovery was 98.77% and RSD was 0.83%(n=6). The calibration curve of Isopsoralen was linear in the range of 0.04288-0.38592 μg, its average recovery was 98.42% and RSD was 1.26%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is fast, simple, sensitive and repeatable, whiah can be used for to determine the content in Jianshen tongluo Capsule.关键词
