花生中两个CBF-like基因全长的克隆与序列分析
Clone and Sequence Analysis of Two CBF-like Genes in Peanut
摘要
Abstract
The function of DREB/CBF transcript factors had been extensively studied in Arabidopsis and rice. However, no researches had been done in peanut about this kind of gene. In this study, we found 15 ESTs which may encode DREB/CBF proteins from the cDNA library of peanut using the Bioedit software. 5＇ fragments of 2 ESTs were unknown and we amplified the 5＇-end of these two genes through 5＇--RACE RT--PCR. The sequences of the two genes were also submitted to Gen- Bank and analyzed after the whole sequences were cloned.关键词
