摘要
Abstract
Solar cells are the most important portion of the geostationary orbit satellites.They provides the necessary power for the latter.As a result of the radiation,the output power of the solar cells keeps reducing in orbit.This article is based on the research of a certain sort of Si solar cells,which are homemade and used on two geostationary orbit satellites.The attenuation rate of the Si solar cells versus the time when working in orbit is analyzed in this article.Certain telemetered data of two geostationary orbit satellites are obtained.Then total output current of the solar array,which is used to present its output power,could be calculated through numerical statistic and mathematical analysis.A method to make the curve translated is proposed to eliminate the influence caused by the failure of single solar cell circuit.Through analysis,annual attenuation rate of Si solar cells caused by the radiation is obtained.Theoretical values and the obtained values are compared.This article provides whole data for the design of the same sort of solar array on geostationary orbit satellites.Furthermore,it provides some reference for design of other sorts of solar array on geostationary orbit satellites关键词
