摘要

Abstract

The output power of microwave switches declines in thermal vacuum test of some satellite due to molecular contamination.This paper firstly analyses the components of contamination molecules and the movement mechanism,and then brings forward the active protection measures of cutting off contamination molecules' transfers route and the passive protection measures of preventing contamination molecules condensation on the basis of kinetic theory.The results of thermal vacuum test indicates that molecular contamination that enters the switches is reduced considerably and the switches work without any trouble through the test.
