Optimal Structure Design for Re-entry Module Structure of Rendezvous and Docking Manned Spacecraft
摘要
Abstract
To reduce the structural weight and make the structureing more reasonable,the design of major component of the re-entry module structure is optimized.Based on the four priciples of ensuring structural reliability and matching device interfaces,etc.,we reasonably select optimized object and determine the optimization objects and constraint conditions.The three main components of front-end aluminum frame,engine compartment and tank structure are discussed separately.By optimizing the design,the structure weight of three major components is reduced 0.25~10kg,maximum stress is lower than material yield limit.关键词
