管式红外电热膜辐照装置的设计
The Design of an Energy-efficient Infrared Electric Heating Film Irradiator
摘要
Abstract
By using the tubular electric heating film heating element of "double membrane structure", and applicating the Fluent software to simulate the influence of temperature fields which are cased by the bowl of different curvature, a tubular electric heating film irradiator is designed. And then the spectral characteristics, the temperature field and compared the energy saving effect are tested. The result indicated that the invention has the character of high temperature and high radiation, lifting temperature quickly, and energy- efficient. The invention can be used in different areas, such as textile printing and dyeing industry, electric heating appliances, paint film curing, heat treatment, infrared physiotherapy and so on.关键词
