Abstract
320×320 area array medium wave IRFPA detector is manufactured by our institute, the detector is the critical component of infrared camera. Testing and evaluation of IRFPA is one of the key techniques during the development of infrared detectors. So quantificationally catching the detector's parameter value like dark-current, response linearity and response non-uniformity is crucial. In this article, the test methods and the compute process is described in detail.关键词
