摘要

Abstract

According to the special condition of pyrolysis operation in the chemical exchange distillation process of boron 10 isotope separation, the gas purification and collection process of high abundance of 10BF3 was studied. The gas 10BF3 was purified by low temperature distillation, and was collected through fully refrigerated liquefaction. The simulation by PRO/ Ⅱ shows that at the separation temperature of -68 ℃ , the abundance of 10BF3 reaches above 95% , and the yield can reach 96.2% on the premise of guaranteeing the purity (mass fraction) of 94%. It has a good effect by recycling the liquid nitrogen in the collection process of 10BF3 with the liquid nitrogen cold trap temperature of -110℃.
