Interfacial stiffness characteristic modeling of mechanical fixed joints

摘要

Abstract

According to fractal theory,an improved contact model based on the M-B model was presented,which can describe paired roughness characteristic of two contact rough surfaces.It′s being scale-independent,and the model can give out the analytical solution of contact pressure and stiffness of the joints,especially the precise result of normal contact stiffness of paired contact joints.A virtual material model of elastic-plastic body based on the analytical stiffness solution was presented to simulate the stiffness characteristic of mechanical joints.By comparison of the experimental results with the theoretical analysis,the validity of equivalent virtual material model was verified.
