钢管磁特性对涡流检测信号影响的仿真研究
Simulation of the effects of magnetic properties of steel pipes on ECT signals

Abstract
Eddy current testing(ECT) model of the steel pipe with direct current(DC) saturation magnetization was developed using ANSYS software.Formation mechanism of magnetic permeability properties and ECT signal on component were studied.Because of limitation of ANSYS software on loading,a new equivalent magnetic permeability(EMP) method was presented.Based on this method,the nonlinear finite element model with AC and DC exciting could be simplified as the linear with alternating current(AC) exciting for ECT.Furthermore,the magnetic permeability,the eddy current in conductor and the coil impedance were calculated by EMP.The results show that the permeability in the defect edge of magnetized steel pipe has a strong non-uniformity which has an effect on amplitude and phase of ECT signal.关键词
