摘要
Abstract
The implementation of performance-related pay in universities is facing to questions such as project setting and relationship determining. This paper argues that the fundamental structure of performance-related pay should include the basic part and the incentive part. It is derived for the ratio between them by mathematical modeling. And it puts forward policy recommendations on the analysis of the change of the model.关键词
