热通量传感器在爆炸场热辐射测试中的应用
Application of Heat Flux Microsensor in Radiation Measurement of Blasting Field
摘要
Abstract
A Heat Flux Microsensor(HFM) was used in the investigation of the thermal radiation effect of the blasting field. Through measuring the blasting heat effect of liquid-solid composite aluminized explosives,solid composite aluminized explosives, fuel-air explosives and TNT explosives with 27 kilograms by the HFM, the corresponding dynamic curves of heat flux were obtained. Heating effect and thermal damage in the blasting field were analyzed according to blast characteristics of thermaobaric explosive. Results indicate that the obvious signal of heat flux and thermal rise in blasting field are obtained by HFM. Heat effect of blasting field is the result of the compositive process of heat radiation and heat convection. The thermal damage of fuel-air explosive is 2. 08 times more than that of TNT based on the guide line of heat dose.关键词
