Abstract
To improve the safety properties of HMX-based polymer bonded explosive, the influence of the particle size of high quality HMX on the shock sensitivity of PBX was studied by a Gap Test. The results show that the shock sensitivity of the HMX-based pressed PBX with high relative density of 98. 5% TMD decreases by 7% when high quality PBXC(particle size 20μm)replacing normal HMX(particle size 30μm) ,and the shock sensitivity decreases by 13% when particle size of high quality HMX increases to 150μm. The shock sensitivity decreases by 24% with the relative density increase by 0. 9%.关键词
