药型罩参数对周向MEFP成型的影响
Influence of Liner Parameters on the Forming of Circumferential MEFP
摘要
Abstract
Numerical simulations by a ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software were carried out to research the influence of the parameters of liner on the forming of circumferential MEFP. By statistic analysis of the formed assembly EFP,the regulation of the curvature radius,thickness and caliber of the liner's influence to the forming of circumferential MEFP and the appropriate relatives among parameters were obtained. The result shows that the speed ofthe middle EFP formed by the circumferential MEFP is apparently larger than the marginal EFP under explosive loading. While the ratio of the curvature radius and the caliber of the liner vary from 0. 9＜r/Dk<l. 1 ,the thickness and caliber from 0. 06<5/Dk<0. 08, the caliber of the liner and the diameter of the charge from 0. 24<Dk/D< 0. 30,the speed of EFP formed by the circumferential MEFP is higher,and the entire kinetic energy is larger,the assembly damage effectiveness is better.关键词
