Abstract
For stably and efficiently tracking small-weak IR targets on the background of complex sea-sky scenes,this paper designed an algorithm basing on the FCM and an improved PMHT.The difference from traditional PMHT is that： this method was integrated with target position,grayscale,area in pixel and path,as well as a feature parameter FCM.关键词
