摘要
Abstract
The minimal test set has been a key and difficult to strike in circuit testing based on the DES theory.This paper presents a method based on network decomposition and graph theory to strike the minimal test set.Through the network decomposition method will be cut the large-scale to small-scale digital circuit and analog circuit.Then use the graph theory method to strike the minimal test set.This method has a small amount of work for engineering applications.关键词
