摘要
Abstract
This text first establishes the air defense force command information system on integrative effectiveness evaluation index system and comprehensive adopted Dephi method with evaluating formula method to determine the weigh of each index, and the efficacy coefficient method for quantitative index efficiency value. By establishing Dephi method, evaluating formula and efficacy coefficient method of evaluation model, which are good for the system synthesis efficiency evaluation. This model not only sticks to the qualitative and quantitative, according to the actual combat, but also is simple, practical for evaluation of this systerm.关键词
