荣昌、长白、杜洛克猪肠道微生物ERIC-PCR-DGGE指纹图谱比较分析
Intestinal Microbial Community and Its Fingerprint Comparative Analysis between Rongchang, Landrace and Duroc using ERIC-PCR-DGGE

Abstract
To analyze the flora and the difference of intestinal microbial community diversity between Rongchang and foreign breed swine, Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus (ERIC)-PCR-DGGE was applied to analyze the intestinal microbial community from healthy suckling piglets, weaning piglets and multiparous sows between Rongchang, Landrace and Duroc. The results showed that ERIC-PCR-DGGE is a useful method for investigation molecular micro-ecology and can monitor intestinal microbial community. In 3 DGGE fingerprints, high species/genus similarity exist in 3 breed swine's intestinal microbial communities, while there are obvious difference in the position and quantity, which shows that microbial flora closely related with swine breeds. Suckling piglet DNA bands show obvious diversity due to the sows influence, while the bands in the weaning and multiparous sows, Rongchang has the most bands among the 3 swine breeds, which meaning that there are the most intestinal microbial communities colonization in Rongchang intestinal tract compare with that of in the other two swine breeds'. Because intestinal microbial community has obvious influence on host healthy in its nutrition, immunoresponsiveness, biological antagonistic. The study offers useful data for further interpretation of the good adaptivity, antirever-sion force, crude feed tolerance and strong disease resistance characteristics that Rongchang swine owned.关键词
