Abstract
This paper summarized and analyzed the problems in current Yongkang Goose foie gras production, and discussed the formation process of the mechanism of fat metabolism and the major influencing factors, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and prospect for the development of the industry so as to promote the stable and healthy development of the industry.关键词
