Application of Transposon Element in Transgenic Animal Research

Abstract
Transposon element is a mobile genetic factor which exists in the biosphere, which has taken a pivotal role in the evolution of gene and genome. Transposon technique has been an important tool for the preparation of transgenic animal. This review summarizes the transposon element and related application in transgenic animal field, and the outlook of the development of transposon technique.关键词
