家禽大肠杆菌分型方法研究进展
Research Progress on Typing of E.coli from Poultry
摘要
Abstract
Colibacillosis breaks out frequently and spreads quickly under the mode of poultry intensive feed. This disease can cause a local or systemic infection to poultry and a major economic loss to farmers. Colibacillus is not only the normal flora in vivo but also pathogen for poultry. Different types of colibacil-lus are changed in pathogenicity. This study reviewed the common methods in typing colibacillus which include classical methods as serotyping, biochemical test , plamids risistance monitoring and molecular methods as plasmid profile and Pulsed-Field GeI Electrophoresis etc. This paper elaborated the typing methods of colibacillus at present in order to find the relation and the source of different strains so that this disease can be prevented and controlled finally.关键词
