Abstract
Through self-preparing and purifying the egg yolk antibody of bovine lactoferrin, the poly-clonal antibody was prepared by combining the methods of muscle and subcutaneous to immune the Roman laying hens. Four Roman laying hens at 150d ages were selected to conduct the subcutaneous immunization several times with different densities. The egg yolk antibodies were collected and purified preliminarily with the method of ammonium sulfate precipitation. After four times of immunization, the egg yolk antibody titer of Roman laying hens arrived at 1 : 32 000 and 1 : 24 000 and lasted for over two weeks at high levels, and the purity of the antibody after preliminary purification improved greatly. The results show that it is feasible to prepare polyclonal antibody through the method of combination of muscle and subcutaneous immunization and it can meet the needs of experiment with the method of ammonium sulfate precipitation.关键词
