基于多目标文化差分进化算法的水火电力系统优化调度
Optimal hydrothermal scheduling based on multi-objective cultured differential evolution

Abstract
To effectively solve multi-objective optimal scheduling problem for hydrothermal power system under the background of energy-saving and emmission reducing, a multi-objective cultured differential evolution (MOCDE) algorithm is presented. MOCDE uses cultural algorithm (CA) as its framework and differential evolution (DE) algorithm in population space. Based on the characteristic of DE operator and multi-objective optimization, three knowledge structures are designed in the belief space. Using these knowledge structures in population evolution, the convergence rate of MOCDE is improved and optimiation premature convergence is avoided. Furthermore, a stepwise modification method is presented to handle equality constraints. The results show that MOCDE can obtain a non-inferior scheduling schemes set with good distribution and high convergence, thus it can be a viable alternative for multi-objective optimal scheduling of hydrothermal power system.This work is supported by the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) (No. 2007CB714107).关键词
