Study of fault region locating method for distribution networks with distributed generators
摘要
Abstract
In order to locate the fault region for distribution networks with distributed generators rapidly, accurately and reliably, a new fault locating method based on wavelet transform technique is proposed. First of all, pretreat the fault current signal to distill the regulation at different fault types. Secondly, analyze the singularity of fault current signal using the wavelet transform and compare the singularity of different tier wavelet decomposition coefficient. Then find out the fault features of the coefficient to locate the fault. The simulation results show that this method is simple and able to accurately locate the fault at a high running speed in various fault modes and is free from the influence of the random factors such as fault transition resistance and so on.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 60971077) and Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province(No.ZR2009FM061).关键词
