摘要

Abstract

The basic concepts, main characteristics, and incentive compensation mechanism of interruptible load (IL) are expounded, as well as its application research. With large number of various forms of renewable energy access to the system leading to a series of opportunities and challenges, a new way integrated with characteristic fusion and coordination dispatch of IL is proposed, which contributes to new concepts and questions. This paper discusses concepts extension, participation forms, application research method and problems of IL from aspects of large-scale of wind power access, two-way control of micro-grid, mobile load interruption and distributed energy optimization. Finally, under energy concentrated access and dispersed access, market designing, reserve framework, relay protection, power quantity control and the implementation of the comprehensive evaluation index of IL are analyzed and future research is discussed.
