摘要
Abstract
Lost Move Syndrome can be defined as a psychological condition in which the athletes loses the awareness of body position,or the awareness and technique of a particular skill.This syndrome most often occurs in sports that combine complex and intricate movements such as diving,gymnastics and trampolining.The cause of this syndrome remains a mystery despite some educated guess.There are some possible explanation for this syndrome,including over-consciousness broken the automation,movement program schemata was destroyed,motivation repressed and lack of understanding of the syndrome and social supports.It provides some principles and techniques for solving the syndrome.关键词
