平板光子晶体的全反射遂穿及其偏振特性
Polarization and total reflection tunnel effect of flat-panel photonic crystal
摘要
Abstract
For studying total reflection through effect of 1-D flat-panel photonic crystal, based on the transition matrix method, the polarization and transmission of TE wave and TM wave in 1-D flat-panel photonic crystal were studied when incident angles greater than full reflection angles. The peak frequency of the total reflection tunnel effect of TE wave and TM wave moves to lower frequency with the increase of the thickness and periodical thickness of the flat-panel. It is helpful to understanding the transmission characteristics of photonic crystal.关键词
