摘要
Abstract
A mutant strain of W26 which had high antibacterial activity and genetic stability was bred by soft X-ray of synchrotron radiation, low energy ion implantation, UV mutagenesis and microwave irradiation from the original strain of Streptomyces viridochromogenes xztc06 in turn. The results of bacterial experiment showed that the acetone extract of submerged mycelium of W26 had better inhibitory effect on Clostridium perfnngens than that of the strain of xzte06, and the antibacterial activity was increased by 101. 42% .关键词
