摘要

Abstract

Several groups of bronze-bonded matrix samples were designed and sintered in different process conditions. The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed using X-ray diffraction analysis, backscattered electron imaging technology and X-ray energy spectrum analysis. With the above test results, the morphology properties of different metallographic figures were figured out, and corresponding micro hardness was tested. At last, the sintering mechanism was analyzed.
