摘要
Abstract
Through grinding experiments, the grinding performances of diamond grinding wheels made with one kind of common phenolic resin and two kinds of modified phenolic resin were studied. The research results showed the improvement of mechanical properties of the modified resin binders could enhance their adhesive force to diamond grits, thereby the grinding ratio of the grinding wheels was enhanced. So the improvement of the heat resistance of the modified resin binders could greatly increase the grinding ratio, and avoid the degradation of the resin in grinding region caused by overheating and prevent the adhesive force from decreasing. Moreover, the relationship between strength, grinding performance and grinding phenomenon was investigated by the way of testing the mechanical properties of the resin. The results of this study supply referential data for the manufacture of resin bond diamond grinding wheels for different applications.关键词
