摘要

Abstract

High speed grinding experiments on GH4169 superalloy were carried out at 120 m/s to study the wear of electroplated cBN wheels. Replication method was used to observe the wear process of the grinding wheel, and the corresponding grinding force was also analyzed. The results revealed that the grinding force showed a steady rising trend after rapid increasing in the initial stage, the gap between normal force of down grinding and up grinding increases gradually with the increase of accumulated wheel wear. In particular, the main wear form of cBN wheel is abrasion under the conditions such as wheel speed 120 m/s, the volume of material removal of wokpiece 3 m / (mm · s).
