摘要

Abstract

The cutting forces were measured during the concrete sawing with the sintered diamond wire saw. The influences of sawing parameters and cutting length on the cutting forces were investigated in the process of sawing. The experimental results showed that the cutting forces, Fh and Fv, went through an increase with the decrease of the spindle speed vs and the increase of the feeding speed vf. Cutting forces were improved with the increase of cutting length L. An excellent relationship existed between the vertical force and horizontal force. The ratio of the vertical force to the horizontal force was about 4.45.
