Electrochemical Determination of Nonylphenol Based on Acetylene Black/Chitosan Film Modified Electrode
摘要
Abstract
The electrochemical method for the determination of nonylphenol based on the acetylene black/ chitosan film modified electrode was developed.The electrochemical behaviors of no-nylphenol at the bare electrode and at the film electrode were investigated respectively and the experimental conditions were optimized.The experimental results indicated that the obvious electrochemical response of nonylphenol was shown at the black/chitosan film modified electrode in pH7.0 phosphate buffer solution.Compared with the bare electrode,the oxidation peak current increased greatly at the film electrode and the peak potential shifted negatively about 50 mV,which indicated that the film electrode had a good catalytic effect to the oxidation of nonylphenol.The repeatability and stability of the modified electrode were also investigated.The electrochemical behaviors of nonylphenol were investigated.The cyclic voltammetric experimental results also showed that there existed an excellent linear relationship between oxidation peak current of nonylphenol and its concentration in the range of 110~1 10 mol/L.The detection limit is up to 5 10 mol/L(based on / = 3).The film electrode had a good stability and an anti-interference ability.It was applied to determine nonylphenol of real water samples in Sanjiao Lake with satisfactory results.关键词
