在羊驼皮肤黑色素细胞中α-黑素细胞刺激素对诱导一氧化氮合酶的影响
Effect of α-MSH on Proliferation and Melanin Synthesis of Alpaca Skin Melanocytes in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
To study whether there has the interaction between α-MSH and NOS2 in the Melanocyte of al- paca skin, the Melanoeyte was cultured in vitro to detect the effect of differ concentration of α-MSH(0, 10-9,10-8,10-Tmol/L) on the inducing the expression amount of NOS2 in the Melanocyte of alpaca skin and detect the effect of differ concentration of SNP(0,10-5,10-4,10-3 mol/L) on the expression amount of POMC. The result indicated that the expression amount of NOS2 mRNA tended to decrease after treatment with α-MSH five days later, 10-8 mol/L was obvious. There was no significant variable after treatment with SNP five days later, α-MSH might induce the decreased expression of NOS2 mRNA in the Melanocyte. NO might not directly result in Melanocyte produce α-MSH.关键词
