摘要

Abstract

The photochemical reactions and their influence between anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid ( AQS), lysozyme, salicylic acid and its ramification by irradiation under 365 nm were investigated using so- dium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The results showed that lysozyme was photooxidated by AQS, and the damage was dependent on the concentration of AQS as well as the UV treat- ment time. Salicylic acid and its ramification could significantly protect the photooxidation of lysozyme, and the protective effect had positive correlation with their concentration. Compared with ascorbic acid (Vc), the efficiency of protection was successively as follows, salicylic acid ≈ salicyl aldehyde 〉 Vc 〉 methyl salicy- late.
