Abstract
Objective-. To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum response factor (SRF) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in esophageal carcinoma. Methods-. Immunohistochemical staining for SRF and crSMA was performed to test biopsy specimens of human esophageal carcinoma tissues, including esophageal carcinoma (73 cases) and normal esophageal tissues (30 cases). Results-. Immunohistochemical study showed that SRF and α-SMA protein expression in esophageal carcinoma was higher than that in normal esophageal tissues, and was significantly relevant with the differentiation degree, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: SRF and α-SMA high-expression in esophageal carcinoma is associated with invasion and matastasis, which is a potential target of esophageal carcinoma treatment.关键词
