Anatomy of the innervations of rectum and mesorectum
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the anatomic features of rectum and mesorectum innervations. Methods : The course, source and distribution of rectal and mesorectal nerves were observed under an operative microscope on embalmed adult cadavers after striping the perineurium and separating the nerve bundles. The rectum and mesorectum stripped from embalmed adult cadavers were stained with the standard method of Sihler's nerve staining and then observed. Results-. There were 3 nerve plexuses in rectum and mesorectum accompanying with the superior rectal artery, inferior rectal artery and the vascular anastomosis of the sigmoid artery and superior rectal artery. The results of Sihler's nerve staining supports morphological characteristics of the relevant nerve. Conclusion-. There are dense innervations for rectum and mesorectum, which companying with the rectal blood vessels.关键词
